EPC Review Moderation

1. Open the EPC scorecards sheet

All EPC reviews submitted from the EPC Submit form land in the shared Google Sheet:

Open EPC_Solar_Scorecards sheet

• EPCName – EPC name used for grouping in the directory.
• QAQC, Safety, Commissioning, Professionalism – numeric 1–5 scores used to compute the average.
• Pros, Watchouts, Photos – text shown on the back of the flip card.
• Status – controls visibility:
  • Blank or anything else = not shown.
  • Approved (exact text) = shown on public pages.

2. Moderation workflow

1. Filter or sort the sheet by Status to see new Pending entries.
2. Skim for:
   • Personal or sensitive information that should not be public.
   • Basic completeness (scores, pros, watchouts reasonably filled in).
   • Obvious spam or non-solar content.
3. For reviews you want to publish, set Status to Approved.
4. For reviews you do not want visible yet, leave Status blank or use Hold.

Changes to the Status column will flow through to:

• epc-directory.html – EPC roll-up (average score and review counts).
• epc-scorecards.html – detailed flip-cards for each approved project review.

3. Public pages wired to this sheet

• EPC Submit (form): epc-submit.html
• EPC Directory (roll-up): epc-directory.html
• EPC Scorecards (flip-cards): epc-scorecards.html

If the CSV feed ever changes, only the URLs inside epc-directory.html and epc-scorecards.html need to be updated. The rest of the site can remain as-is.
